theres nothing you can do but wait you cant make someone feel something if they arent ready to....just like you cant make someone fall in love with you they just do on their own....so my advice to you is to wait because you cant make him believe your the one until hes ready for himself

Give it time and don't rush it with him. You'd better be sure that you're sure that he's the one. If it's true love and it's meant to be he'll come around soon enough hopefully. I wish you the best of luck in all this and I hope it goes the way you're hoping for. How do you convince him. I don't really know just be you and if he's that into you it should convince him.

You might not convince someone that "youre the one" but...you sure can let him know there arent very many women out there that are better then you.
But also when you say "he doenst believe hes ready for me" makes me kinda wonder if he is afraid of commitment?
