can non-residents in the United States get any scholarships or grants for college?

It depends on what your resident status is. Are you a permanent resident? are you a temporary resident? What does you visa say as a reason for being here? Ask your financial aid counselor to look at your visa and determine if you qualify.

You aren't eligible for government aid but i'm sure there are private scholarships that give out money to nonresidents
