Let's start with supplies, wine yeast can be bought at www.morebeer.com in the more wine section and is about 75 cents a pack fruit juice I'd go with apple juice and some kind of tropical fruit, sugar and a 5 to 6 gallon jug of water with a small hole to release co2 (empty). Slowly heat up juice with sugar read the yeast pack for temps on when to add (yeasts are differant) and pour into empty water jug and let sit in fridge for 4 weeks and whalla wine. Easy homemade wine:
21 days 21 days prep
15 bottles
13 (32 ounce) bottles white grape juice
1 1/2 gallons filtered water
7 1/2 cups sugar
1 package yeast
#1 Pour grape juice into 5-gallon container.
#2 Bring water and sugar to a boil until sugar is melted.
#3 Let cool.
#4 Pour into container.
#5 Add 1 pkg yeast (activating beforehand is optional).
#6 Close with airlock stopper.
#7 Allow to ferment for 3 weeks in a sanitized 5-gallon container.
#8 After 1 additional week, bottle
