I need a program that will let me draw on my desktop for presentations?

Question

I am not talking about physically writing on my desktop with a real marker. Our company does a lot of trainings over the Internet and to be able to draw like Madden on our desktop would be great.

you know i just saw a program that did this the other day...

i think it was called desktop graffiti or something.. search for it..


but you know you can draw on powerpoint presenations.. click slideshow.. go to the lower left hand corner.. and click the arrow.. then click pen and you can draw wiith the mouse.
