Hmm, the bed is vibrating and shaking? Could be an angry house spirit. You should do a house cleansing ritual: burn some white sage and sweetgrass.

Don't jump to any conclusions yet. If you are living in a really old house, then your house can literally "settle" in a less stable manner, especially if you've had unusually bad storms over the winter. Then when the wind blows really hard, the vibration could be more noticeable in the upper stories.
But since you asked your question in the spiritual and religious section, it sounds like you may not be leaning toward a "practical" answer. Try the TAPS guys at the link below. They've recorded some really unusual things and spend a great deal of time debunking hauntings.
You might also consider lucid dreaming, although that answer may not satisfy you. In the state between dozing and REM, you may "feel" more awake than you really are... you're daughter would actually be more susceptible to this than an adult. I've included the wiki link that is pretty in depth.

It could be friendly spirits but I would look for a more earthly cause first.
Often if a house was built with wide rooms the span of the floor joists can set up vibrations rather easily. This can be caused by any number of things. A local hardware store had a problem with merchandise walking right off of the shelves.
The problem was traced to a factory 1/2 a mile away that had a large metal shear that was anchored in the bed rock. The foundation of the store sat on the same bedrock and the vibrations were transmitted right to the shelves from the shear.
Near by railroads, bridges or highways can all cause the shaking you are experiencing. Don't let any fruitcakes tell you that your bed is possessed.
love and blessings Don

Most likely this is coming from a concrete source. The vibrations could be from anything electrical, earthy, mechanical, etc. Maybe the bed's springs are vibrating. On the off chance that there is some sort of spirit in the room, it most likely is not that to cause harm. People are far more powerful than spirits. I would just recommend purchasing a new bed. Perhaps a spongy-one, to absorb any vibrations.

I get that all the time. There's nothing spiritual or supernatural about it, in my opinion. It has to do with a sleep condition in which strange things appear to happen when you're in that foggy state between awake and asleep. Feeling vibrations is one of the things associated with it; seeing hallucinations or hearing voices are some of the other ones. Some people will probably disagree with me on this, but I think that's what it is. It can be very disconcerting but nothing bad or "demonic" is happening to you.

check your area for a minor earthquake, how old is your house? it could be the foundation cracking, or if its an appt, then someone downstairs/upstairs could have done it. an electrical volt from the TV could even have done it. Check the houses past owners, it could very well be an angry ghost, ive heard footsteps in a house i lived in where a girl was murdered! our own energy is enough to do this
and it is not surprising that it is happening to your girl
because this " poltergeist " activity is more common in adolescent girls due to changes in hormones and a need for release
if i am correct then your 9 year old girl is probably more mature than most
but try not to get her concerned about this ... it will pass
but in the meantime try and get her to talk abut things more openly that may be concerning her , also try and look into simple visualisations for children ( like meditation ) as this will help calm her during these times
xx
parrot also has a point .. normally i would also say this is sleep paralysis as parrot suggested

One of the legs on the bed-frame is a little too short. This same thing happened to me a couple months ago.

Go to a doctor! Dont trust peoples religion beliefs over science when dealing with health. What if a spirtual person told you eating mold was good? Would you? I hope not. Listen to a professinal not a spiritual.
