Yes. If you cut soda from your diet, depending on your weight, you can lose weight without even exercising by avoiding soda drinking. There are a lot of empty calories in soda.
Plus, the more water you drink, the less your body retains!

Even ifyou eat the same way you used to, but stop drinking sodas, yes, you'll lose weight. Plus, good for the whole body. That ebing said, you should drink 2 to 3 litres a day (depending on whether you exercise or not) but NOT more: it can be dangerous for your kidneys.

I lost about 20 pounds over the course of a year from drinking only water as a drink.Also helped my sleep because I wasnt waking up so much.

THIS IS NOT A HEALTHY WAY TO DIET!!!! DON'T DO IT THAT WAY!!!! Eat a sensible diet with portion amounts of food. Drinking water is important but you also need the basic food groups. Please diet sensibly.

yeah drink water. It has 0 calories, carbs, no sugar, ect. Dont drink soda or drinks that have high fructose corn syrup or anything that rhymes with gross ( fructose, dextrose..)

I lost 15 pounds but you gain it back quickly because its all water weight.
If you go on for too long your considered anorexic so.. not a good idea.
