When I was a baby, blood used to drip off of my arms and legs cuz the eczema was so bad. my mom said none of the creams for it ever work but she put that noxema face stuff on me when she gave me a bath and it worked. If I ever get itchy now, that's what I use and it helps.

i went through a major diet change to get rid of my eczema, but i had it really bad. for about a month, i ate nothing but raw fruits and vegetables, no processed of refined foods, nothing sweet or sugary, and whole wheat bread instead of white. within a week, there was a noticeable difference. at the end of the month my skin was baby smooth without a blemish. no itching or redness of any kind. i also had a lot of energy (i used to be very drowsy and lazy all the time). i had this diet recommended to me by a naturopath (i didnt want to take a bunch of medication) that i went to see cuz i had this problem since i was around 9. i went to the doctor at 15 (this was a few years ago). that natural way is the best way to have great skin, a lot of energy, and i was also doing better in school!

try it and you wont regret it

also, do not use Cortisone! it only makes the itching and redness worse because it feeds the bacteria! ive tried it and it subsides for a while, but comes back worse.

Did a doctor give you this creme? I have the same problem- it keeps coming back. Put lotion on after showering while you are still a little wet to lock in moisture. Get a humidifier. I also use a scrub to exfoliate. I get it on my legs so bad I end up with scratches. Good luck.

What kind of cream are you referring to? Is it hydrocortisone cream or a moisturizing cream to keep your skin hydrated?

My boyfriend has had it for a few years and he has to put prescription cream (cortisone) on it every day. I don't think it goes away. Sorry!
