Art is any type of expression, so I would say, yes.

Singing, writing, and recording a song are all considered a form of art. If it holds an aesthetic value it is considered art. However, value in art is subjective. It's like saying beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

I say yes mostly. Songs since the beginning of time have been meant to release the type of personality the artist or person singing it has.

yes they are in my oppinion, they both are an expression of feeling and creativeness. they can both show how you feel, think, and your personality.
