okk my face is really chubby, do you guys know any exercise that makes face skinner??? andd my hands are really fatt, do you guys have any ideaa? any kind of excercise that will make my hand thinner?? pleaseee let me knoww i really need help, because i can never wear short sleeve clothes or sleeveless:( and i feel awwfull!!

Mostly I would recomend cardiovascular workouts in the treadmill or outside running a few miles, even walking for a few minutes, or riding bikes specially because when I ride my bike I sweat a lot from my face, arms and hands.

Or you could also try aerobics it involves lots of arm movements and causing the arms and hands to sweat more.

Well, to loose weight in your hands and face you have to loose weight in general. And to do that you have to change your life-style, eat right, and excersize. Stupid weight loss plans and companies don't work because you need to change youe life to loose weight. You can't just go on a diet loose the weight and except you to never gain it back, because you will. Just try by changing things slowly, use stairs and eat 5 vegetables and fruits each day.

Smiling, laughing, and stress balls... Oh yeah!!! Make sure you drink plenty of water.. if you are thirsty drink some water. the water can help with double cins, cheeks and other parts of the body as well.

Try using one of those stress squeeze balls to exercise your hands.
