Do you need to keep dried apricots in the Refreg after opening?

No. I buy dried apricots all the time, and they're just as tasty in or out of the fridge. They contain sulfites that keep them preserved, so leaving them out for maybe a few weeks is just fine. I find that not putting them in the refridgerator actually keeps them softer and tastier.

I don't ,but they are good cold, too. I love those.
