How do you make an entry in Outlook Calendar and NOT include a reminder (even if a default reminder setting is established in preferences). I've done this before by pressing CNRL or some key while entering the entry.

Enter the calander event. Press enter. Now double click the calander event...and uncheck the reminder box.

If that is a pain, you can set the default through tools and calander options. Use the help menu. Email me, if you cannot find it.
Good Luck
