You have to learn how to read package labels and make sure you are measuring the correct quantities of what you're eating in regards to those labels!

try to keep a journal, eventually you wont need one once you figured out how many calories things are. see a nutritionist at least once if your trying to loss weight they will give you a lot of helpful advice on how to loose weight and maintain it off.
