If it is small, putting ice on it will work. And you have to leave it on there for a while!
It it is larger and darker, ice will only reduce it a little bit and all you can do then is cover it up. Sometimes, with makeup it will look more noticeable. Maybe put your hair over it if its on the side of your neck or something, wear it down if it's long enough. Be creative. Good luck. Next time tell 'em to do give you one somewhere discreet!

Time heals all wounds...including hickies! But hey! You're in luck! It's winter time and bloody cold out there! Wear a turtle neck or a high-necked sweater! If you have long wear, wear it down to help hide it. Also, the green makeup stick will work, the green color counteracts the red in the hickie. (Just like the yellow sticks counteract blue undereye circles!) Just be careful not to apply to much and blend it really well. Apply a bit of loose powder over then. If you're still not happy or you used a little too much green, gently apply a little bit of normal foundation and then a little more loose powder and you're set!
Good luck...and next time, be more careful! ;)

Just use make-up. They don't last that long anyways. One way to make it lighter is put a spoon in the freezer for a little while then put it on the spot. The greatest thing to use to cover it is a green concealer that cover girl makes. It comes looking like lipstick but its green. Usually that's all you need if you blend it in well.

stick two spoons in the freezer while they are in there, grab a fork or a comb and try to "comb it out" with the comb on the side of course. after you are done grab a spoon and place it there untill its warm, then use the other spoon. When that is finished massage it a little with some lotion and grab a concealer stick which is green rub it on the hickey and then use a little bit of concealer or foundation.

a hicky is just a bruise, go to your medicine cabinet and look for something called witch hazel, if you dont have any you can get it at the dollar store for like a dollar. fold a paper towel into a square, just keep folding it untill its really thick and soak it in itch hazel, hold it on there for a long time, possibly tape it over night, but it will completey get rid of it in a few hours

Ice or a cold spoon doesn't work unless its really small.Other then that, use makeup to cover it and wait for it to go away.It will be gone within a couple of days.

Get rid of it? No.
Hide it? Yep :D
If your trying to hide it maybe you could use some foundation and a cover stick? if it's on your neck you could also wear a necklace to draw attention to somewhere else on your neck.

1. Fill a glass of water.
2. put you lip on the far edge.
3. Lean forward and drink.
I have horrible hiccups at least once a day, this always works for me.
