You'll lose alot of weight, WHEN YOU'RE IN THE HOSPITAL ! Ramen noodles is loaded with MSG, and NOT good for you ! What you're do is make yourself sick ! You need fruits and veggies...fish is also good...You can lose weight by cutting down on junk food, sweets, sodas, and too much red meat. And getting a little exercise won't hurt...

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

Ramen noodles are bascially instant foods and are considered "dead food". There is hardly any nutrition to them. You are just consuming toxins into your body as they also contain preservatives.

It is far better to go on a detox cleansing diet. Weight is in your fat cells and fat cells are actually toxins. You can get rid of toxins and not only lose weight, but feel better and healthier.

It is also a good idea to exercise regularly and adopt healthy lifestyle habits like not eating supper, etc.

you are probably better off "crash dieting" on salads and veggies. Ramen noodles are realtively high in both sodium (which can make you retain water)and calories.

eat veggies and drink alot of water to flush your system.

in the interest of health, i should add that crash dieting is never healthy and you'll usually gain the weight right back.

cut your calories and hit the gym.

good luck.

It works as long as you don't eat too much of it. Maybe like 2-3 packages a day and you'll lose weight. It's absolutely not healthy and not recommended.

In the mood for any hot meal? Make a huge pot of veggie bean soups, divide into two-cup containers, and store within the freezer. Before bed, place a container inside fridge, then grab it before heading out the door each day.
