My girlfriends mom is having some health issues and I want to comfort her but I really dont have a lot of money and I'm trying to find something for her like under 20 bucks but still gets her saying "wow!"

Anything you get her is going to make her think of what a great boyfriend you are, I'd suggest something like a frame with a picture of the 2 of you or something silly, like a mug with her name on it, a stuffed animal she can hold, or make something for her, she'll love you no matter how much it cost, it's from you, your support is the BEST thing you could give her...and that is all she needs

Sorry to hear about your girlfriend's mom. If you have been dating for a good while and you truly have some serious feelings for her, write her a nice note from the heart, pick up a couple roses (yes I mean a couple) and use just the petals. For some reason, girls like rose petals. LOL Write out a nice note with good paper, and make her a dinner. The time that you spend with her is priceless. Use the petals to decorate the table. Play some music that is special to the two of you that reminds you of a date or something that happened just between the two of you. If you don't want to do the real petals, you can get silk ones. Sometimes florists will cut a deal with petals. Ask them.
Another thing, do something goofy like putt-putt golf or bowling. It's stupid, but it's fun.

get an inexpensive necklass from Macy*s or Target. They're under $20 and ALWAYS a good idea. You could also try a CD, either from the store or a mix of your own.

make her a meal. even if you cant cook. shell appreciate that you tried. and if you really suck if might make her laugh. and laughters always good in a bad situation.
some advice: if you really suck at cooking, have a bakup plan (order pizza or something) but when you bring out the meal look extremely pathetic and have like flour all over your face and clothes and stuff. but really try if you can
flowers and teddy bears are nice too.

Get her something sweet. That she'll apprieciate. Get her a teddy bear and chocolate. Or maybe a cute pair of shoes at payless (all women love shoes). Whatever you do make sure that you include a note/card with your handwriting telling her how much you appreiciate her and how much she means to you

um maybe make her a dessert, and i am assuming her mom has cancer or something... maybe see if her dad, or brother can get you a picture of her and her mom and u buy a nice picture frame from walmart, they are cheap as like 3 dollars, and put that picture, or maybe even a photo of u and her or just her mom. and maybe surprise her one day with that, some flowers (daisies are alot cheaper than roses, once again, look at walmart!) and some type of dessert, and surprise them and sit down with u, ur girl, and her mom. it will mean alot to both of them.

Write her a letter or poem telling her you care... add some flowers or a lttle stuff animal if you want.. trust me, it will mean a lot if you just say that you are there for her through anything!

Just get her a bouquet of flowers and a nice box of chocolates along with a homemade,heartfelt card. Also get a little bouquet for her mother. She'll appreciate it, I promise!

Well I think that you should either get something that is special or make something. Girls like gifts that come from the heart.
