People who are too lazy to read the rules and regs Yahoo provides and ASKS each user when they sign up, to read.., deserve repremands and banishment.
There are common sense rules that can be anticipated, much like if I visit your house I know not to raid your fridge, throw trash on the floor or spray soda all over your cielings. If Im stupid enough to do those things, I would deserve whatever action you took. DO I hear an Amen!? (this brings your question back into the religious circle - LOL)

Yes, it has been somewhat difficult. It seems no one really likes reading all the conditions, not even me. The best we can do is just be patient with all, until we all get it down.
