The nation I was born in says/tells nothing about me. It's not about the colors I show, it's about the life I live. I try to do good where I can, help out others if I can, but it has nothing to do with the so called 'nation' I was lucky enough to be born into...

Defending a nation is pointless. Nations are not holding the truth. You are a human being, deciding as a human being. Don't get high/pull yourself up on what others are doing for you. Be yourself and try to make this world a better place, without trying to be patriotic. Make peace...

I have several flags of my nation. (my nation being where I am from) USA Most are in flag cases and I have a large one mounted on the face of a large rock in front of my home. As far as defending my nation. Well, I served in the U.S. Marines from 1972 - 1980

I was born in the US and do proudly display the stars and stripes all the time from my front porch, along with a yellow ribbon.
