E-coli. comes from nasty stuff like cow manure that have been given to the spinach in California some weeks in the past. additionally can come from workers no longer washing their arms after taking a unload and coping with foodstuff.

many things can have the same symptoms as you described
one of it is stroke the other one is nerve damage I haven't heard any disease that would cause this but I guess I'm not a doctor so not sure ....

It is TMJ.
If you have this condition get to your dentist ASAP. Believe me there is no other way to put it. Go now, or live in a true hell for the rest of your life.

I think it's commonly known as Lock jaw. It's the same thing as Tetanus.
