when i think of a pretty boy...i think of someone who is metrosexual...always looks good, shaved, eyebrows done, wears nice expensive clothes

I know this guy who likes to dress up really nice, he wears expensive watches, and bracelets, and sometimes lip gloss. You won't hardly ever see a wrinkle on his clothing. He is married, but he acts overly feminine, and bossy. We call him a pretty boy.
