Through both of my pregnancies I was sick 24/7 from 5 weeks to 14weeks EVERYTHING made me sick... smells were the worst!!! Somethings that helped me... lemons in my water, sour lemon drop candies, ginger and lemon tea helped, eating smaller meals and NOT drinking water during or shortly after a meal. Wait about a half hour after eating to have a drink. But mostly sour things... anything sour helps. Try sour lifesavers or something like that. Also there are drugs out there that your doc can give you to help you w/ your sickness if you find that you are losing weight or can't deal w/ it any more.
I feel your pain been there twice... I hope you're feeling better soon!!! When you hold your new born for the first time ... any sickness you felt will be well worth it and quickly forgotten. Take Care :)

First you can start by having a good hardy breakfast, such as eggs, or a bowl of healthy cereal (none of this fruity pebbles or frosted flakes and crap). Along with that have a tall glass of orange juice, this will give you a good amount of vitamin C, and drink plenty of water throughout the day. Maybe try some ginger ale and saltine crackers if you feel that you can't eat the cereal or eggs. Also, watch what you eat at dinner or at night, don't eat too much. But, above all make sure you get to bed early enough to ensure at least eight hours of sleep. If none of this helps you should go see a doctor.

Best of Luck

Ginger caplets will help a LOT, or anything with ginger like ginger snaps or ginger ale. Try eating several small snacks rather than big meals throughout the day. Also, get Lethicin from your natural foods store. Check with your doc to make sure it is safe for your pregnancy. Its totally natural and is known for totally stopping nausea and vomitting quickly after taking it. Good luck and congrats!

Keep crackers by your bedside. Before your feet even touch the floor, eat some crackers. I sipped ginger ale or weak tea. This was the only thing that worked for me. I'm a mom to 3 and you could set your watch by my morning sickness. Good luck.

I drank warm tea in the morning (find something decaffeinated). And the other thing that kept my stomach settled was eating a little candy in the morning. Something like twizzlers or gumdrops. Not a lot, just a little bit but it made all the difference in the world.

Feel better!

I had terrible morning sickness and the only thing that helped me was getting Rasberry Lemonade from Taco Bell. It was the only thing I could keep down and it kept me hydrated. Good luck

Actually, salt helps nausea. The ONLY thing I could eat when pregnant was tortilla chips. I was soooo sick for 5 months, it was so aweful, but that was the only thing I could keep down. Ginger is also the best thing for nausea, natural-wise. My doctor told me to take Dremamine (motion sickness pills), they helped when I could keep them down.

Keep saltless crackers next to your bed. Eat a few before getting up and then eat dry white toast. Drink plenty water so you don't dehydrate.

i was literally sick all day every day for the first six months while pg with my daughter, so when i got pg with my son i was so scared of a repeat. my doc prescribed Premesis RX it was a prenatal vitamin that also combated nausea. i did not get sick ONE TIME the whole time I was pg with my son. For me, it was a miracle pill. Best of luck, I know it is miserable!
