Cats are VERY territorial.. There will probably be some hissing ( kitty trash talk towards each other ) lol.. and some fighting even.. But eventually they will accept that the new younger cat is there to stay, and they will deal with it..

When we got a kitten not too long ago, our 3 older cats were mean to it, because they were mellow wanted their space and had already adjusted to the house, and they didn't like when the kitten came into " their space ".. They fought with her a bit, but after a while they started to get along, just make sure you give all the cats equal affection or the others will get jealous..

I'd guess the older cats won't accept the kitten. I had that experience. I had a 15 year old female. I worked long hours then. I wanted to get her a playmate. I got a 9 week old kitten. He wanted to play with my older one but she wouldn't have anything to do with him. That lasted til her death two years later. It might never happen. Don't give up though.

First of all if there are two males make sure they are neutered. Let them get used to each other and if they are fighting put them in separate rooms till they get along better. Put them around each other a small amount of time and increase it as they start to behave themselves.

Oh - you will go through a couple of hell weeks, lots of hissing and fitzing then they will all get along. My experience is that it takes 2 - 3 weeks for all to adjust to each other.
