According to some Christians, if you do not have 100% proof that something isn't true, then it must be true.

It's that whole "you can't prove a negative, so the positive must be true" thing. It gets tiresome after a while.

No you can NOT prove it true...but you can't prove it false, either.

I'm unsure why some believe that, but it's probably because they are pig-headed fools and the only thing they want to do is to distort the true meaning of Christianity. I guess, so much of the history/bible lets people infer things and fill in the gaps themselves, that they went out of their way to "make sure" it's *all* "true".... They're (meaning *some* ppl) hypocrites!

Thousands of prophesies from the Old Testament have been fulfilled. None has been found false. You will see others fulfilled, if not in your lifetime, then at the end of times. God is not a man, that he should lie.

God is a Trinity, knows all things (1 John 3:20), can do all things (Jer. 32:17,27 - except those things against His nature like lie, break His word, cheat, steal, etc.), and is everywhere all the time (Psalm 119:7-12).
