When you love someone how can u tell?

A lot of people mistake lust, infatuation, obsession, and strong attraction for love. Once you've felt it and know what it is, then you'll be less likely to mistake other emotions for it in the future...but then some people are so in love with the idea of love, that they (think they) fall in love at the drop of a hat.
Some of the ways you may be able to tell it's love are when the the emotion you feel is very strong. When you look to the future and want that person to be there. When you wish you could've met years ago so you could've started your life together earlier. When their flaws are things you appreciate instead of cringe over. When the thought of them makes your chest feel tight sometimes and brings a smile to your face. When look anxiously forward to the next time you will see them. The list could go on...

well people would tell you diffrent things and it is true there is not one way to say it is love but I am going to tell you what I felt. It was two years ago I was a high school student and she was a very good friend of mine: it was like over night when I started think about her more and more then the next moring I saw her it was like every thing was kind of quit and she was smiling and I know it sounds stupid but I could see one thing that shine from her this light and this happiness ever since I just felt happy just to see her or to thing of her then well eventualy I told her how I fet and things worked she ment the hole world to me I got a tattoo of her name I was totaly changed to the person that she wanted me to be I could not stop giveing her gifts every day and every day I see her I felt happier and happier and well that is how I knew that I loved her and that it was true love. when you feel this feeling that you never felt for any one beofre and you would never feel the same way after for any one else but that person.

Because, you get scared as hell about the feelings your having...maybe 2nd guessing your emotions b/c its all new territory! Or the flip side: you could do things off the weird side like, do or say things you would never do with a right frame of mind!! Ive done some real stupid sh*t for someone I have loved b4!!

Love is when you can't get the other person out of your mind! You want to be with that special person so much! You want to hold her and comfort her when she is down, you want to make her happy! You would do anything for her!
I never knew what real love was until I met my fiancee last year and my heart just exploded! What a feeling!!

well you can tell as you constantly wonder what they are doing, ring them to see if they are okay etc., email, buy them surprise gifts..just little things that all v v suddenly add up into 1 giant thing and if you try to write them out of your life altogether you suddenly realise you dont want that..and oh god I must love him after all I am missing him etc. You become softer spoken too if he rings..its your subconscious feelings of intimacy coming out over the air waves! You cry if they leave you forever..and you wonder if you will ever see them again..another sign!

My two cents are: if you need to ask this, then it probably is not true love.
When love hits, you will know it. Every minute, every hour you are thinking of the person. You get tingles when you are near them, you get butterflies in your stomach. Just being with them makes your day so much happier......I could go on, but I think you get the picture.

You can't stop think about the person, you want to be around them and care about what they are doing when you are not with them, you lose your breath when they walk into a room, being with them is euphoria...
