I LOVE raw veggies!
Sugar snap peas are my favorite.
I have snacked on carrots, celery, cauliflower, broccoli, peas, green or yellow beans, green peppers, radishes, lettuce leaves, cucumbers, cabbage, tomatos (fruit I know), etc.

Cucumbers (with a little salt, preferrably). Some people like raw green beans but that's not my thing. Celery. I can do cauliflower plain and raw, but not broccoli.

cucumber, tomatoes, sellery all have zero carbohydrates, and are very low in calories.
broccoli is very nutricious, but it does contain more calories.
