If someone is looking there are always small signs that God is around, moving, and working. However, when Jesus gave his life for our sins that was considered the ultimate miracle and we have God's Living Word (the Bible) to help us understand all the miracles of the past. We have all the tools we need. It is now up to us to put them to use.

The spectacular miracles and events that happened in the past Bible accounts were God's way of establishing His will for man and to give creedance to his word. Now that his Word has been established there is not as great a need to see as much of the spectacular since we have the past accounts which we can know about in various ways such as eyewitness accounts and archeology and ancient tablets and so on.
Miraculous stuff still happens and always will because it is a apart of God's nature. If you are a believer and you pray with faith then you will have examples of God answering your prayers in wonderful ways at times. Prophecy fulfillment is still ongoing just read Matthew Chapter 24 for some of the end times events happening and going to happen. People who fast and pray especially see God move in their lives.

well you probably have read the old testament, that was before jesus died, and God interacted with them a lot more, now if you really pray a lot and you really live for God you will fell his presence everywhere you go, and people will see him in you they will know that there is something different with you, and you can see and feel God when you see miracles, when you see someone come to know God for the first time, its amazing and when you see God work miracles through the tinest random people, and they are sometimes small acts, i am going on a mission trip soon, and i am hoping to turn some gang members who are just kids like 13 years old into followers of christ. pray 4 them, please!!!!!

When the Old Testament happened, men had no Bible, so God showed himself to them through miracles and protection. Throughout the New Testament Jesus came and was with the men and taught them, so when Jesus rose the men who knew him wrote about what they learned from Him, God in human form, and how the church should be. So because God came and showed man how to live, we were given the Bible and now it is up to us live by faith as they did in the Bible times, but we have the whole story with the Bible, it is the essence of God. So to break it down, He has been with us in all time, through miracles in the Old Testament, through human form in the New Testament, and through the Bible in recent times.

Not exactly right!
All the stuff happened LONG before the Bible was written!
And it was edited, with the good bits left in, and the bad bits left out!
And a LOT of made up stuff added, to reflect the opinions of the time.

After Jesus left this world He sent the Holy Spirit. The Spirit of God is present in this world and He points us to Christ and leads us in truth. The folks in the OT did not have the written word of God, we do. They did not have the sacrifice of Christ, they had to believe in the coming Messiah by faith. Faith is needed on both the OT and NT.side of life.

Some of this "stuff" does happen. There is just this factor that you here more negitive than you do positive. In our church that my family and I goes to there is a group named Master's Commision, they are a group of young adults that are in collage programs, but they're living for God during this time. Recently they went to Arizona for a revival with all the other Master's. The preacher challenged each Master's group to give a certain amount of money and for each student to give 12 dollars. Master's didn't come with much money and it was a great challenge for them. They got blessed with more money after giving what god had told them to give and a man walked up to them later on and said, "your a master's commision's group right?" and he gave each student 20 dollars to get a good meal. God blessed them and answered their prayers.

miracles happen all the time. You know we still receive revelations from our heavenly father. At one point in time his original church was lost, the dark ages, now since the 1800s it has been restored, the priesthood has been restored, and holy miracles can happen through the priesthood god has helped us through so many things, if you are asking for a burning bush to be made manifest unto you, you are asking for trouble. this is a more wicked world, open your eyes and you will see the truth

You want visions, miracles and all the good stuff.
Yeah, I too would like to see a little more.
I have had miracles happen in my life.
You can get hooked up on them.
I just had one about 4 weeks ago.
Good by addiction after 45 years. Just like that after a little prayer. Just a few words. No groveling on the floor and all that stuff.
Poof it was gone. They don't happen all the time.
I had another about 2 years ago. My cousin was dying from cancer, I said a little prayer and poof it was gone. No more cancer. From his lungs and liver and bowls. Normally this would kill you.
Miracles still happen.
Try a simple prayer, like please show me.

many people have compiled books recording their experience of god in their own life or the lives of others, they are simply not recorded in the bible as the canon of the bible has already been declared and is compiled in a fashion that is profitable for all to read,to add to it now would take away from its timeless value.
