Wash your hair in hot to get it clean...then final rinse it in cold to close your pores. This will keep your hair clean longer:)
I hope that helps:)

Start with whatever temperature you feel comfortable in to shampoo and condition. Extra tip: really hot water causes body acne, so you might not want to do that. Once you've rinsed out your hair wash, finish with a cool rinse for shine.

Luke warm...more on the colder side...always works for me. But change the temp after all of the shampoo is out.

I have heard cool water. Not cold, though. It's supposed to be good for your hair.
