When you run up and down stairs, do you loose weight in your stomach? If yes, how many flights do you think it would take to loose 10-20 pounds?

Well you'll be burning fat so some is gonna come off your stomach although it might not do much for the muscles beneath the fat.

Too much math involved in the second part. There's a formula for calories in fat and amount of calories you burn while doing it. It depends on what level you work out at, hard or easy, and how many stairs are in each flight.
