If he breaks up with this girl and he is tryin to get back with me I haven't talked to him in about a week and he is calling my cell phone but I won't answer because he broke up with me for that girl he just broke up with. Finally I answer the phone and all this time i was thinkin to myself if he didn't like me he wouldn't be calling me. Is this true?!

He may have realized his mistake, but you should tell him exactly how you feel, and yes, I think he likes you. But be careful!

Like it or not, he kept you "in reserve" as a contingency plan in case he liked her less than he thought. Oftentimes, people realize that when they get to the other side, although the grass may be greener, it still needs mowing.
If I were you, I wouldn't take him back. The marginal propensity increases that once a man leaves he'll leave again.
You were right to ignore his phone calls. Find someone willing to stick with you because they like you, not just until someone better comes along.

Ah, give him a listen. At the very least, you can hear all the lame excuses he came up with when he broke up with you. Who knows, maybe one might be halfway original. On the other hand, maybe he really has learned something, and now's the time to pounce on him.
