Contact the school in which you will be enrolling him. They will be able to give you a booklet that shows you what a child entering kindergarten should already know. My children all knew their colors, how to count to at least 50, how to write their name (my son wasn't as adept at this), their address/phone #/ birthdate, parent(s) names, how to spell their last name, etc.
Here is a Kdg Readiness list:

You might check out some of the other areas on the site ~ they can help you know where your son's strengths and weaknesses are http://school.familyeducation.com/preschool/school-readiness/36063.html
Also, check with your local school or State Department of Education to see if you have an Early Education Center ~ they can do a (typically free) screening of your son, from sight and hearing to skills.
Best of luck!

Ahhh don't ask the same question multiple times, people are already answering back at your original question.
