You must also concentrate on burning calories. A diet should consist of both low fat foods and exercise to burn calories.

Hey there, you don't want to be eating too much tuna, there's a warning out on the news about that stuff having a lot of mercury in it, they want to take some of it off the shelves. It's recommended that a healthy adult eat no more than one meal of tuna per week and that children and pregnant woman eat no more than one meal of tuna a month! I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.
The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.
Get started today!

Yes for me because I hate tuna and eat less of it when I have too :) Calories depend on you. Your age, sex, activity level, current weight. I've always heard that 2000 calories maintains weight. For myself to lose weight, I try to eat less thatn 1500 calories a day, but then I'm a less than active woman aged 25 who hates working out, but makes herself. Try to focus on portion control and get some exercise in. Start small, maybe walks around the neighborhood if you live a sedentary lifestyle. I got a dog to help me get off the couch, but you may not want to make the commitment to a pet just to lose some weight. (They're worth it anyways.)

Tuna is good--in the sense that its packed with protein and vitamins and minerals--in the canned form w/o mayo. Yogurt is OK to add to it if you can't stand the taste of the canned tuna by itself.
This site can do better than me in helping you determine how many calories you need per day. Click the link, it's worth it.

i understand off the back of my head that organic fruit is relatively healthful for you. Oranges and Bananas have some energy (small element) yet additionally they have some thing in them that enables burn fat. Oatmeal is the subsequent healthiest element. yet once you are going to consume it i might quite advise which you have undeniable oatmeal. The sugar and synthetic fruit in it ought to do extra harm than stable. (my boss is obsessed on dropping wait and that i see her eating undeniable oatmeal each and every of the time) She very, very skinny. Tuna and Eggs are a sprint fattier. i think of tuna isn't as undesirable as eggs besides the undeniable fact that which you ought to to examine the contents on the back of a can just to verify you're no longer over doing it. If there are different products mixed with the tuna, which includes mayo it is going to likely be a sprint extra fattening. Now eggs.. .i do no longer understand the technological know-how in the back of it yet specialists advise eating no extra beneficial than 4 eggs a week. they are not very stable on your ldl cholesterol. i wish I even have helped.

Its a little tough, but 2000 calories is a good standard. Tuna is good for you as long as you don't mix it with mayo.
