they wont give a dog a ticket (they have a hard time signing their name to the ticket)
but if you were not wearing a seat belt
they would
another time you could get a ticket with your dog
is if you are driving a pickup truck and your dog in the truck
bed not chained down..

i'm no longer even specific despite if it relatively is risk-free for a dogs in the rear seat with this halter on. in case you have been in an twist of destiny, the dogs (and you) will bypass the fee of your motor vehicle, and could hurl forward. you have your seat belt on. Will your dogs be restricted, yet choked? I continuously believed the only thank you to transport an animal is in a sort of hatchbacks with the cage fence between the storage section and back seat. besides the undeniable fact that, many human beings do no longer abide via that and there are no actual rules or rules with regards to this.

No it isn't wrong but, how would you feel if your dog went through your windshield? I wouldn't let my Border Collie ride shotgun until
he got used to the seat belt. Now when we get in the car he grabs
the seat belt and reminds me!!!! Better safe than sorry.
