Hm. Well you said you're shy, so that automatically makes things a little difficult. You have to be comfy with yourself before you can be with anyone else!

So first you need to take all of your good attributes into account; flatter yourself, treat yourself to a girly day of self-pampering, rock out to your favorite tunes while reading magazines, anything with the goal of making yourself feel good.

Next, practice being 'not shy' with other people. Like, your parents, siblings, cousins, friends, neighbors, WHOEVER! Odds are that with people like this you aren't terribly shy anyway, but I'm just saying to approach them with the thought "ok, don't be shy, self." (sorry, i dont know your name or i woulda said it instead of self... but you get my point.) Now I'm not saying to practice sleazy pickup lines or anything like that on them, just loosen up and be your wonderful self!

Once you've gotten in touch with how great you are, you're ready to approach the boy. One of the main things that guys are attracted to is personality, and SELF CONFIDENCE! If a guy meets two girls randomly in the mall, and one of them is a beauty queen that he can tell has some severe self esteem issues, and then he meets some other random girl who's bubbling over with it, she's automatically going to be the more attractive person. (well this is the case for most guys worth wanting.)

So, just approach your guy. Be yourself. And don't give up afer one encounter either. (....But don't become a stalker either.) If things don't work out with him, oh well. There are plenty of guys out there, and I'm sure you'll find someone that makes you happy.

well, first off, don`t do anything you feel uncomfortable with. you say you`re shy like it`s a bad thing, its not, trust me (: i use to be the shyest girl ever .. especially around boys! now i`m not a slaaat or anything, thank goodness, but i can talk to them w/o getting as nervous. haha, of course i get the nerves every now & then when i`m talking to a super hot guy, psh. but anyways, just remember that they`re human too & that they may get nervous talking to a super hot girl like you! :) good luck hon. email me anytime` <3
