sometimes im too shy. sometimes im too loud. sometimes i say all the wrong words. sometimes i dont say enough words. sometimes i look like a complete idiot. sometimes i forget to call him back. sometimes i overworry about what he is doing. sometimes i think he'll ditch me for someone better.
but what i really realized is that for the person to learn to love and appreciate you, you have to learn to love and appreciate yourself first. it took me so long to realize that. and now i am able to laugh off my mistakes and know that sometimes not everything works out for the best. no one is perfect!

I notice that when I have an intense, emotional connection to a guy, I don't really want to share him with other girls; depending on who they are. It stems from an old boyfriend who always put his female friends ahead of me and I had to compete for his time. It was emotionally exhausting. I spoke to a counselor about my issues, and it's getting better with time.

1. I'm emotionally handicapped. I can't talk about my problems, or about what's bothering me. I shut people out. I isolate myself.
2. I'm not willing to part with that aspect of my personality. Take me as I am, or walk on.

i like to chill with my boyfriend or talk on the phone with him every minute even though that gets aggravating and i like to have male friends. i could change this if i truly knew he was all about me and no other girl

that i cant let go of stuff in his past that had nothing to do with me. i dont know what would change this, i wish i knew, if anyone has any ideas let me know

when i get mad i drag the problem on and on.......if the guy shows that he's listening and is trying to help fix the problem then i will leave it alone.
