Hi,

The fastest, safest way I know is through a detox. I myself lost 15kg and dropped from XL to a S size within 2 mths.

And the detox is simple. All you need to do is three things.

Number one, follow the detox programme which requires you to change your diet a little bit. Eg, take more vege and less meat and seafoods.

Number two, use 1 minute a day to take some natural health foods consumable even by babies and pregnant women that will enhance the speed and the effect of the detox.

Number three, drink lots of water to flush the toxins out and help your body start to accept water.

And that's it.

The rest is up to you.

The best way to loose weight fast is to Eat Fruits, Vegetables, Graines, Post Grape Nut cereal,

Stay away from Sugar, Candy, Soda, Fast foods and Pizza's. And any thing along these lines.

Cut out sugar and exercise.

Most people don't realize how hard it is to "eat healthy". Many foods that look healthy from the packaging are actually just as fattening as any other foods. The easiest way to wade through this problem is to read labels and not eat any added sugar. This includes fructose, glucose, high fructose corn syrup, and dextrose. Also, drink lots of water to keep you feeling full. Supposedly, a spoonful of cod liver oil also stops hunger, but I have never tried that, although my dad says it works great. Research also shows that 3 servings of dairy daily help you to lose weight, the same goes for eating breakfast.

Exercising is also important. If you don't work out regularly now, start slowly or you will injure yourself and gain even more weight. Walk, run, ride a bike or use the elliptical trainer for 30 minutes, at least 4 times per week. In addition, do basic weight lifting such as push ups, sit ups, pull ups, lunges and squats. Gaining muscle mass makes your body burn more calories in daily life (1pound of muscle = 50 calories per day)

If you smoke, stop. Many people are scared that they will gain weight when they quit, but if you are exercising and eating well during the process you not only keep weight off, but are able to replace unhealthy addictions with positive ones (exercises can feel the same as a nicotine buzz- hence the term "runner's high")

Most importantly, don't starve yourself or injure yourself. It may seem easy now, but in a week of eating only celery your body will be reacting in unhealthy ways. Support helps people lose weight, so get a friend in on this plan with you (having a contest to see who loses the most weight before summer is good motivation for both of you, provided you both stay healthy about how you do it.)

In addition, Wednesday is the start of lent. Give something up for it (I don't eat sugar) and you will be more likely to stick to the plan.

Remember, there are tons of sources for motivation out there. Buy a weight loss magazine or a sensible diet book (a good one is Eat, Drink, and Be Healthy by Waler C Willett, MD of Harvard Med. school, but there are tons out there)

Well, replace soda with water (Soda is empty calories). Eat lower calorie foods, don't eat when bored (if you get cravings or the munchies, try doing something that requires concentration, like doing your nails, drawing or reading), and DON'T skip meals. I read somewhere that Skipping meals makes your metabolism slower, something along those lines.

Exercise. My gym teacher told me that walking is good, better than running, because walking burns straight fat and running burns calories. Something about how when you run you need faster energy, and calories are easier to obtain. I don't know. (FUN FACT: Also, apparently running too much is bad for your knees.)

Hmm... eat fruit and veggies, all that stuff, I suppose celery might be good once in a while (It takes more energy to eat than it gives you back, so it might be good if you get the munchies, but never good for a main meal).

Ok in the morning-two apples or oat meal,cereal with lowfat milk. Lunch-salad with anything, snack-nut trail mix,fruits,vegetables,low fat yogurt. Dinner something light like vegetables with wheat pasta. Drink plenty of water.
Try to stay away from potato,regular pasta,too much rice, butter,bread, fried food,sweets,sodas, and carbs. Exercise-walking,dancing,jumping any cardio for 30 min 4x a week is good.

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

Giveing up sodas helped me lose 10 pounds really quickly. My first 2 months on Atkins I lost 30 pounds and it did come off quickly and I've managed to keep it off, except around the holidays when I gain 10 pounds I spend the rest of the winter trying to lose.

your gonna think i am crazy for saying this .. but for breakfast eat special k cereal.. for a snack special k bars or fruit. lunch a salad , don't matter how big it is.. for dinner instead of meat use veggie meat less calories in it.. now you can change them around if you want to. and at least 2 times a week eat reg foods.. exercise it will make it drop faster.. and the reason for the veggie meats or cheese is because there is less fat and calories in it.. milk helps you to lose weight also.. as dose water...grapefruit juice ..good luck

drink plenty of water. try to cut down on sugars , breads and anything crappy and i found pilates 30minutes a day 4 days a week or more if you have time toned everything up really quickly. theres no miracal just common sense. when you think about it your quality of life is worth getting motivated for. so go for it! & good luck
