I am 13. How can i tone my inner thighs?!? i am an average weight (98 lbs and 5'4'') but i feel like my thighs are out of porportion to my body. i know it may seem like i am overexaggerating, but i would honestly like to know some easy ways to tone my inner thighs. THANKS! ;]

Buy yourself a thigh master...they are at walmart in the excersise isle..do this intil your thighs burn every night..and then you should see results probably in a month. This just triggers your inner thighs and that seems to be all that you need to work on.. GOOD LUCK! I have one and i love it!

Do that move the ballerinas do....( forget the name!) Make sure your upper body stays straight , your toes point out , then bring your self down till your thighs are parallel to the floor, squeeze your butt on the way up to start position. Do 2 sets of twelve (or 3 Sets) You will totally feel this the next day!! Oh ya in between sets do a sumo stretch.....All you have to do is squat down ...putting your arms on your legs and push them apart for a stretch. Hope this helps. (PLIE SQUAT! ) thats the name I could not think of!!

Presumably you are a 13 year-old female?

You tone your thighs with walking/running, and stretches/leg lifts (using weights).

If you're referring to loosing "flab" from that area, overall exercise. There is no such thing as targeting specific areas. You loose overall or not at all.
