The good old days of MSG, fats and more fats. Hamburgers and fries, fish and chips, curries and rice, all dripping in fat - lord knows what sort but there were no health regulations then, and lets not forget good old Mayo sloshed on everything.
Wonder we all survived.

My parents used to buy frozen cheese pizza that tasted like cardboard. Swanson Frozen TV dinners--fried chicken, mashed potatoes, and Sweet Peas. Ewwwww. McDonald's. Shoney's Big Boy.

Depends on where you were and how old you were ... around here TOPS was the restaurant (drive-in) to go to .... followed closely by GINO's and the Hot Shoppes. We love the hamburgers and fries and shakes.

pizza hut and mcdonalds - mcdonalds you could buy a small burger,fries and soda with a dollar and get change back - there was no such thing as super size and we were all heathier
