My allergies affect my life style. I can't sleep good cause i sneeze way too much and i can't even wear contacts at all because my eyes become bloodshot due to the eye allergies. Antihistamines work but not to the extent that i want it to; so they can only take me so far.
What is your allergy problem and what are you doing to solve it.

Yes i know. I am a restless sleeper because of this and sometimes my BF has to sleep int eh other room...plus I love cats but am allergic to them too:-(
I take antihistamine but I don't like taking them everyday because I am sure all those pills are bad for me...
I am hoping I may just grow out of it because I certainly wasn't allergy prone when I was a teenager.

For the past 2 years I was allergic to pets, outdoors and everything else. What I did was read this book called You're not sick, you"re thirsty. It was written by a doctor. I drink 2-3 gallons of water per day. I also take 2 tbls. of apple cider vinegar in a glass of water before eating. Water is the magical cure too. Really works. I was once addicted to nose spray, but have not needed it either. The water cure is on the web. Be healthy and drink your water.

Try Mangosteen juice, it's helped a lot of people with their allergies and many other problems, there's this athlete that uses it for both allergies and energy, you can find out more about this in sport illustrated article and this the Mangosteen site:

My allergies come in summer and spring,and I sneeze a lot ,and I have a scratchy throat and watery eyes,but allergies runs in the family,my lil' brother has them too

You can also try a different antihistamine. Claritin no longer works for me, but Allegra does.

argh alergies fool. i get bloody noses about once a day bcuz of em'. but ya im using nasonex for it tht stuff really works.its tite
