How do i convert MPG4 files into MPG2 files?

ok sorry, uhm I have downloaded a movie from bittorent and it will only open with a MPG4 file, and i cant play those, but i was told that if i converted it from MPG4 to MPG2 it should play^_^ so does anyone have a online converter of something please.

There is a lot of converters available. Using those you can convert your files.
