If you are using cleaners, it is most likely the smell of the cleaners giving you a headache. If not, the stooping or bending could be the problem. Could be the stress or anxiety of the simple task of "cleaning" if you are not a fan of the task. Could be LOTS of things. If it is a BIG problem and if the headache does not go away as easily as it comes on, I would consult your Dr. about it. Headaches are the #1 indicator of things like high blood pressure, which then leads to things like strokes and heart attacks.
Hope that helped you instead of scared you.
good luck and good for you for cleaning, unlike most of America these days!!!!

it could be stress, the chemicals in the cleaners , or a DUST allergy. i have to vaccuum and dust while my daughter is in school or she gets sinus headaches, sneazes , and gets red watery eyes. try using a dust mask when you clean it will help if its an allergy and it will also help if it the chemicals in the cleaners bothering you........ as for the stress nothing much helps the stress of cleaning except not trying to do it all at once, prioritze... think... do you REALLY need to vaccuum EVERY day, do you REALLY need to dust every day, can you do the dishes once a day or do you have so many that they HAVE to be done right away? think about it .. you may be able to cut the vaccuuming and dusting to every OTHER day or once a week instead and the dishes to once a day.... hope this helps

There could be a number of reasons. Make sure you do not mix cleaners, such as bleach, and ammonia. Think about what your using during your cleaning.. Now for another reason, be careful while bending over and raising up fast... also have your blood pressure checked.

It is possible that you are having a reaction to the cleaning products you are using? Try eliminating them one by one from your cleaning routine to isolate the problem one. Also, try replacing them with natural cleaning products so you can still get the dirty jobs clean. Good luck.
