Umm....why wouldn't they? You have to get to the bar. It is up to you to know your limits and drive safely home, NOT THEIRS!!! The stupidest thing I've ever heard of is someone taking a bar to court for them driving home drunk off their a$$. Whatever happened to personal responsibility? That should be your question. Later!
