Mojito Martini: In a large jug of lemon rum, steep a handful of fresh mint for about 3 days in the freezer. Remove mint and keep rum in freezer to keep it ice cold. To 2 & 1/2 to 3 shots rum, add one shot simple syrup and a shot of Rose's lime. Shake and pour into a chilled martini glass. WONDERFUL!
