If you are asking if you can be found guilty of statutory rape, it all depends on whether or not his parents actually press charges against you if you are caught with him, and the state that you live in.
Some states have different laws regarding statutory rape than others. My state, for example will find you guilty regardless of the parents' wishes if the child involved is 16 or younger.
You are both very young to be in a "very serious" relationship; I would consider this very carefully before taking any drastic steps if I were either one of you.

i see no problem with it you guys are only 6 years apart however if you are asking at what age can you be tried as an adult it varies based on the severity of the case. I know of 8 and 9 year olds who have been tried as an adult. If his parents have a problem with you to having sex you can be put on trail for statutory rape if they press charges after you are 18 but it also varies by state

Generally 18 but it depends on the seriousness of the crime. Some retard here in Utah, drunk behind the wheel, speeding down the freeway, went head on into a vehicle full of family members. Killed 4 out of six. The drunk driver is 17 and he is being prosecuted as an adult. Rightfully so.

If you are 17, you would almost certainly be tried as an adult. Statutory rape usually is for individuals under 13.
