I was randomly browsing through EBAY and came upon this title, "Win Pick-3 System, Make Serious Money, 100% Guarantee!". It is a system that supposedly allows Pick-3 players to gain an edge, and it is backed by a lot of very good feedback. However, I have taken probability and statistics classes and I know that every lotto drawing is independent of one another, so that the probability of winning never changes. The price is only $15, so I may just buy it more or less on personal interest. But I was wondering if anyone has heard of this, or even tried this type of system. Any info would be great!

Anytime you see an offer like this, think about it this way: If YOU figured out a way to win the lotto 100% of the time, would you share it with other people or would you keep it a secret and make your own fortune?
I'm sure you'd pick the latter, but assuming you did share it with others, the number of people winning the lotto would increase exponentially...people would be sharing jackpots and lotto officials, noting the increase in winners, would figure out that something was wrong and remove the game.
The book might have great feedback, but I bet the author/publisher are the ones giving it such positive "user" feedback.
