Both. No body can live without this two things. Without love happiness will not come. Without happiness. Love will never grow up. Love and happiness are related. The whole is just sum of it's part.

both....because isn't love also happiness? it's a win win of chosing somebody who you want to be with....it's like you stay with the one that makes you happy and you do feel happy but it's like your heart is missing something-love and sometimes you regret it and sometimes you just forgot the other. and when you chose love, which love is good but then you don't feel the warmness-happiness which also makes you wonder where's all the happiness in this relationship. i know that it sounds confusing, but follow your heart and not your head. good luck.

I'd choose true love over a lifetime of happiness, because no happiness could ever compare to true love.
If my life was torture with my true love I'd never leave them for happiness.
