I agree. I mean he gave up his son to let us go to Heaven and be with him. Besides that God knew that when he created us there would be some people who would deny the truth of his existance, and still he created us any way.

I am very open minded and I accept that God is in heaven and loves us all and is a GOd of love not wrath.

I'll be as open minded as that as soon as you accept that the Flying Spaghetti Monster made you and loves you and has a place for you in heaven. How could you not be that open minded?

Being "open minded" doesn't mean "accepting whatever YOU hold to be true".

Are you not open minded enough to accept that there are no gods? See how this works?

I was open to that possibility but the evidence presented is sloppy hearsay. I know God, God does not come from a book.

I'm open-minded in that I'm not a gnostic atheist - just agnostic. I 99.99% don't believe in a god.

If there was ANY evidence that there was a god, my percentage of disbelief would go down and I'd re-think my position.

You mean there only open minded when they agree with your criteria. Perhaps it's your closed minded view of everyone elses spiritual and religious belief systems that prevents you from anwering your own question.

I am openminded, meaning that I will accept anything which is logically proven and benefits humanity. Your example does not satisfy the first requirement...

How can you call yourself open minded when you cannot accept that Oden the All Father made you?

What about Zeus? Why can't you be open minded about him? Huh?

This question is ridiculous.
