I have actually. It felt good to get him to stop forcing me to believe.

I wish it hadn't come to that, his faith was very important to him. He was a shell of a man for many months before he started realizing he could rebuild and stand on his own feet.

A few weeks ago, a man gave up his religious beliefs during a conversation with me.

Nothing that is built on a solid foundation can be undermined. He broke down. I didn't. He gave up his faith. I didn't demolish it.

Yes, once I had someone who just would not leave me alone. They constantly attacked Buddhism, even though I had tried to be the better person. So I asked them what made them think that their religion was so great, and they went on a tirade about how superior Christianity was. So I refuted every one of their points, and they left me alone. I never saw them again.
