I like Lush brand Black Tooth Gel. It's cheap ($5 or $6) and works just like regular toothpaste. I drink alot of red wine and coffee and it removes all the stains. I also have sensitive teeth, the whitening kits hurt sometimes, and this gel doesn't do that

To make my teeth whiter, I have been using Hyrogen Peroxide. My teeth were extremely stained before I starting to use it. They look better every week. I highly suggest you try it.
