Yes. In Australia there is a massive problem with the Aboriginal people that sniff spray paint to get high. It is disgusting when you see them. Paint all around their mouth and on there fingers. Chroming it is called.

Yep. That's why the paints are sold to adults. Glues no longer have the toxins that caused the high feeling. It is damaging to the brain cells, killing the neuron connections and eventually making the person "chimpy". Can't quote sources but information available from emergency room personnel.

Yes, it is true.
It is also true that by doing either of those things can make you dead (or brain dead which is almost worse than being dead)
Also depending on what kind of chemical is used the following can happen: (and I have omitted the actual chemical listed for each side effect because I am not going to give anyone an idea on what to use!)
* Heart Failure
*Hearing loss
*Peripheral neuropathies or limb spasms
*Central nervous system or brain damage
*Bone marrow damage
Serious but potentially reversible effects
*Liver and kidney damage
*Blood oxygen depletion
