There is no real difference in meeting a Master, than for any other man to date. These relationships, don't happen overnight, it's all a matter of trust.
You meet someone, and if he is a dominant male, you will see that almost instantly. If you like him and the way he treats you, and being a slave, suits your temperment, then you can go further.
You need to talk about it, what you want in the relationship, and what your boundaries are.
You can go play on those online chat rooms, for Master/Slaves and she how you enjoy the playing. If you like it, then ask one of the Masters, if he knows any place in your city where you can meet one.
Heaven knows, there is probably some magazine for those people who enjoy that.
And yes, like everything else, there has to be a first date. Trust your feelings, if you feel uncomfortable with something, tell him and let him know. A good Master, will respect his slave.

just like how a boyfiend and girl friend meet, or friends, or anyone. different things happen with different people.
there are groups that peoplr go to in real life, or on the internet to meet each other. some meet and have a normal relationship that developes into it.
ther is no one way, but if you are persoanlly interested i would suggest going to a sight for slaves and masters and "lurking" around the frums to read what is going on and see ow people develop.

I would assume that it could be a simple relationship that turns that way if one person prefers to dominate and the other like to be dominated. It also might be that one may be looking for that and the other knows upfront..from what I understand it is not always about sex though..it is about control.

Most communities have a scene which caters to that. My college roommate and I went to a fetish party that we found out about on a whim. And some old man tried to chat me up. Yeah, it was interesting...
