What happened is that I have a coworker at work and recently last week she broke up with her boyfriend. We started chatting with each other and I feel that she is the right person for me. I never told her that and I am taking her out to her first outing, I wanted it to be a personal outing but she wanted it to be public. The outing is to a baseball game. I agreed so i asked my friends. How do i know if she likes me or if she wants to be my friend?

What happened in addition is that I agreed to get the tickets for the baseball game once the $$$ has arrived from the 6 people. Plus i made a promise to her that if the tickets were sold out i would take her somewhere else and I gave her a pendant as a token of the friendship but she rejected both of them... So what do i do now?

Your friends will not give you the right answer and what a better place to find out if she likes you at a baseball game and how many girls want to go to a game that is awesome and just think what your future can hold with this girl...She will suprise you on that day you just watch and see!!!!!

Watch out for this girl, make sure she ain't just using you to make this other guy jealous. I hope not but females can be really cruel sometimes. You sound like your wanting to settle down already. I know how you feel because I am 29 and I want nothing more than to settle down myself. Just be patient and if it's meant to be than it will happen. Good luck

Don't push, you said she just broke up with someone, give her a chance to let that sink in. If you push too hard right away and she's not ready, and you really think she's the "right one" then be patient. If it's suppose to happen it will.

Beware, she just got out of a relationship...Give her time to really straighten her life out. Meantime don't rush it, maintain a wholesome friendship with her and enjoy each others company

Sounds like she is trying to get over her other relationship right now.....give her time. She likes you, or she wouldn't be out with you. But if it were me, I think I would like to enjoy your company without the pressure of starting another intense relationship right off.
